The holiday season is quickly approaching. For many of us this means out of town guests, traveling, lots of yummy food, shopping for gifts, special holiday events at your child's school, late nights, and a gigantic 'to do' list that you pray gets completed on time! Although the holidays can be exhausting, try your best to stay in the moment and enjoy every special event.

The holidays are a time to spend with family and friends, many that you don't get to see throughout the year. Cherish the occasions when you reconnect with all the loved ones in your life. Try not to fret about your family's scheduled over the holidays. Some of my favorite holiday memories include running around my grandparent's home on Christmas Eve until I had holes in my new, fancy holiday tights! I knew I was up way past my bed time, but the excitement of the season and seeing my cousins made every extra moment special! Enjoy this time and remember: joy, peace, love, and family!
