Happy New Year!

I hope everyone has had a wonderful, safe New Years Eve and are looking forward to a fabulous 2016!

The New Year is the time to start fresh and look forward with a positive attitude. Here are a few things I am going to try to focus on in the new year.

  1. As a current mommy of 1 and soon to be mommy of 2, BREATHE--take a moment to breathe before I react.

  2. Each week take time for myself. I enjoy yoga, so I plan to make that my special time. But like I say: "Whatever floats your boat," whatever makes you happy, take time to do that each week.

  3. Give thanks at the end of everyday...even for the small stuff.

  4. Try to worry less--the worrying gets me nowhere!

I hope this year is your best! Enjoy issue #69!
